My coaching sessions typically last about an hour, and you should leave feeling prepared for the next step in your career. Depending on where you are in your process, you may want to meet once every few weeks until you feel confident you have obtained the guidance you need to continue your journey on your own.
For others, meeting once every three to six months to ensure you are on track is more than enough. And for some, meeting just once steers you in the right direction for the foreseeable future.
